Using this website
You may use this website for lawful, informational and business-enquiry purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or use its content to misrepresent TechGeek UK.
Information on the site
We aim to keep the website useful and current, but it is general information rather than technical, legal, security or procurement advice. Availability, technology choices, delivery timings, data location and scope depend on the engagement and can change as a project is assessed.
Delivery discussions are not commitments
References to an MVP in as little as one week or a first pilot targeted within 30 days describe potential delivery targets for qualifying urgent engagements. They are not a guarantee and require agreed scope, access, feasibility, capacity, budget and a signed statement of work. Project-specific terms, acceptance criteria, fees, data processing and responsibilities are set out in the signed agreement.
Intellectual property
The website's content, design and marks are owned by, licensed to or used with permission by TechGeek UK. You may not reproduce, adapt or distribute them beyond what applicable law permits without prior written permission. Project deliverables are governed by the applicable client agreement.
External services and links
This website may refer to products, platforms or third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or terms, and a reference does not create an endorsement or partnership unless expressly stated.
Changes and contact
We may update these website terms as the site evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law. Questions can be sent to karan@techgeekuk.com.
